hard spot on my heavy bag?

hey guys i got a heavy bag about 70-100 lbs and it has this hard spot by the middle/end of the bag, it kills when i hit by their and ive taken a bat to it but it just moves to the other side lol. Please help me out any suggestions?

aside from repacking the bag you gonna have to live with the hardness in the lower end of the bag.....just about every heavy bag out there gets rock hard at the bottom because of all the setteling/beating the hell out of it........good luck......with the repacking should you decide to try that.....

yeah it will stay hard, which it does come in handy when your throwing good clean uppercuts at the lower end of the bag or even left hooks to the body, which are a favorite for me. Just be glad and appreciate that your stuffing in your bag isnt flying out the top. Things are cheap for a reason. And that statement has come true in every situation I have ever faced it with.
