Default Julio Cesar Chavez Vs Floyd Mayweather

Ok Prime Chavez vs Mayweather Jr who would you think would win this fight and why? I see Chavez KO in 6 round. Why.. well I think chavez would pressure him alot and wear him out with body shots. Something like Castillo vs Floyd (1st) just that Chavez hard punches would of stop Floyd.

I think Floyd leans back to avoid some punches leaving his body unprotected and Chavez left to the body would seal the deal.

Cannot really match up prime for prime IMO, because Chavez peaked in November 87 against Rosario at 135lbs, and Mayweather was either at his best at 130lbs or 147lbs...

But I take Chavez to win by close decision at 130lbs, and to win a lot easier at 135lbs by decision.

Mayweather to edge a points decision at 140, and to win a very comfrotable decision at 147lbs.

    I would slightly disagree...

Great match-up undoubtedly, but if it was made at 135lbs, it would be no slugfest, but a great scientific battle of two fighters with underrated boxing skills and defences.

Come on they are mexican warriors... I do agree about the underrated boxing skills but once one of them starts slugging they both will resort to their warrior pride and slug back and forget about defence aslong as the other is slugging back.. that is what makes mexican fighters like them so exciting to watch. Its like Barrera and Morales the are decent boxers but mexican fighters dont like to back down from a slug fest
