So basically what you want is a complete taylor made boxing program just for you over the internet with out even telling us how old you are?

Got to be specific... can't pull it out of my arse... join a boxing club.

    This can be very simple.

Primarily lots of sparing and hitting the heavy bag. Secondary anything that gets your lungs working real hard (fast jumping excercises, sprints, soccer, basketball) lots and lots of situps, pushups, bench press. Last but not least, a good coach and boxing books. Oh and lots and lots of prayer can help tremendously.

Better than weight lifting would be be a part time job such as bailing hay, ditch digging, tree service, or anything with fast lifting and throwing.

Also be dilligent and never give up. You will almost undoubtedly get beat up and humiliated at least once but three or five tears down the line you may very well be able to beat those who had beat you.

Get A Heavy Bag And Hit It Correctly go Get A Title Boxing Video "How To Hit The Heavy Bag" And Go From There Alot Of People Say Lift Weights But Im Not A Weight Lifter And Have Gained about 30 Pounds of Muscle Just By Hitting the Punching Bag.
When I Started I Weighed About 110 Pounds And Was Scrawney As Hell
Well I Still Am But I Have Gotten A Little Of A Build.
Idk I Might Start Lifting Some Weights.
