he can't train as intense as he used to .....and age has a way of making you smaller...unless your George Foreman remember this guy was a legit cruiserweight and then trained/conditioned his body to get to heavyweight instead of eating his way there....
It feels good to be back home.

Fightnews has now corrected it - first they wrote 200 pounds.

Anything to do with boxing is bad for Holyfield. He could have taken any of the current top contenders in his prime, but his prime was 10 years ago.

Well, I will be the voice of moderation: Sentimentally, I would like to see Evander succeed in his near impossible quest, but realistically he should stop and savor a splendid career. May the best man win!

its sad whats going on, but i cant help but root for holyfield...
I love the guy, hes has more heart than any of the heavies in the past 20 years.
For his sake i hope he knocks this guy out quick so he doesnt have to take any hits.
He was my favorite heavy growin up, i just hope nothing happens to him.

I think Holyfield has lost some pop and needs to change his style to suit it...I'll try to give my boy Clarence a call and see how sparring went

    CC exactly

yea,and to everyone else i'm glad they are overall supportive of him ...cause what are we gonna do ?? not root for him lol ...you know he only recently lost to Toney ,Byrd and Larry Donald who fought a slick fight ,they are very above average prize fighter...i hope he can maybe actually have gotten better and done somthin to change his style or maybe he was very over tained in his last fight ...if hes able to dance around and beat that guy easily i will support him 100% to make some money doing the only thing he does which is fight ..it is crazy how hes sorta magical the way his body stays looking the same at 43-(?44) yrs old ...
we should all say a prayer for him too,

Ps- heres a funny SNL clip about how Holyfeild Rambles on sometimes lol kinda funny ----> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWPr6wEWHYg
    Peace & hair grease
