    Default HATTON URANGO NEARLY DONE???!

Follow the link. Good move by Hatton in preparation for the JLC fight. It'll up the stakes and I think he knows he cannot compete with the big boys at 147 so he is doing the smart thing and playing to his strengths and I think this rules out the possibility of a Hatton Gatti fight thankfully.

yeah I'd love to see Hatton-Gatti but Hatton-JLC will do just fine!
lets hope he doesn't slip up against Urango first!

Yup this is the title he gave up in order to move on to bigger and better things.

Now he has realised that bigger and better things can beat him he's come back down to try and win his old belt back.

It's gotta be kind of depressing for him, like leaving Russell Hobbs to go and work for Ferrari, then realising he can't cut it and has to go beg for his old job back making toasters and kitchen appliances.

it'll be even more depressing for him when he gets beat at 140 by JLC anyway.

Keep dreaming, No one will beat hatton at 140lb!

At 147lb yes but that is why he is coming back to his natural weight.

140 lbs. is still a strong division with a solid group of top contenders, gald to see Hatton coming back down to defend his world chamionship. He IS stilll the world Champ, no matter what garbage belt he decides to add to his collection he is and will remain until he is beaten or decides he misses all of that good ol english food he could still chomp on at 147. Urango isn't exactly a rubix cube, this should be a good workout for Hatton to work out some kinks, not to mention confidence problems he may have after what happned to him in Boston. urango will give hims so rounds, the boy can fight, but not nearly enough skill to dethrone the King.

You mean outRUN in a borefest of a fight, and won a title that neither him nor his opponent deserved to be fighting for in the first place. I like Urango and he has very heavy hands, I hope he stops Hatton dead in his tracks, becus he won't be the real champion until he defeats the real champion, Hatton. And what the hell happened to Castillo fighting Cotto?!
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

Arum was pissed at castillo and with strong possibility of a Castillo suspencion the fight with Cotto was call off. So the real question is, has Castillo being suspended yet or still pending?

Hatton fighting Urango is BS, there are bigger fights at 140. He just like to peak easy fights with the excuse that he is looking for another tittle (first with retarded Maussa and then with Collazo which backfire on his ass).

This time its ok cos hes grabbing a belt to make the Castillo fight a championship match, hype it up.

The word is the likely suspension for Castillo would be only for the remainder of 2006. And even if he is suspended, could he still fight Ricky in Manchester?

No because frank Warren (after getting dumped by Hatton) signed exclusive rights to show all boxing shows at the MEN arena just to stop Hatton fighting there.

This fight is a waste of time. Urango is nothing more than a prospect...& after his last showing...not that worthy of one either.

Easy win for Hatton...especially after the Collazo match. Maybe that's what they are lookin for in the first place.

A blowout...because that is what this will equate to...total mismatch.
Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!
