I'd say Frazier or Tyson. I can't say Ali because he normally did it off the back foot or leaned backwards.

He was good at using his head but it's a lot harder to do it coming forward against a big guy like Tyson and Frazier did.

Ali did have brilliant feet though, a big part of head movement.

Tyson had very good feet when young Frazier was a couter puncher. Ali had a Boxing brain Lenoard was the full package Whittaker was as slippery as an eel ajoy to watch. Ray Robinson threw punches in bunches and could hit, but not as skillfull as people make out

I have watched ALl of Tysons fights when he was in his prime and he had the best headmovement+footwork in combination.

Frazier had good headmovement but he wasn't AS agile on his feet!

I will say Pernell Whitaker but to be honest I am bias. Pernell use to be able to go into the corner drop himself to his knee's and showboat while dodging his opponents punches, he was the man.
