Default The Heavyweight division just got really interesting.

Am I the only one who is excited about the new look heavyweight division right now?

It's true most of the fighters are shit, but with America losing it's grip on all titles now there will be massive interest and effort on their part to bring the titles back to the good old land of the free and the brave.

I'm really looking forward now to see if anyone can emerge to wrench the titles back from the evil east.

You can almost picture it now as a Hollywood epic.

The titles in the clutches of the evil enemies and their dark lords, but from the Land of Hope a hero arises.

This hero wields a mighty sword and is blessed with courage and virtue. His mission to bring back the sacred belts and restore the pride and health of his nation.

    Who will be that hero?

I'm picturing Calvin Brock right now riding a black horse, wearing glistening golden armour and weilding a mighty sword.

I'm trying to picture James Toney doing the same but I just can't even imagine a suit of armour that would fit, or a horse that could carry the weight

poor horse would be snapped in 2 and served up on a spit, probably to toney

think peter will beat toney and will then aquire 1 of the belts by beating 1 of the holders but not wlad

I wouldnt count out James Tony....James in shape and Focused is the Most credible fighter in that division besides Klit...Tony knows his time is short maybe 3-4 fights left before he is retired I'm sure he realizes that trading in that Whopper with Chz and Onionrings for a Grill Chix breast is Crucial at this juncture of his illustrious career......

yeh man i got a feeling now that all the chmps are eastern europians now, that alot of the american promoters will be urging americans to take title shots and we may see some good fighters that never got theyr shot cause some upsets, i mean its easy to cause an upset in the heavywieght division because theyr such heavy hitters it just takes one punch. and whilst i think once every so often we'll find a good fight like toney- peters i feel prospects like the undefeated calvin brock could take back some titles.

Actually thinking about it, if Evander can overcome Jeremy Bates on Friday he could be that champion again!

Just like Lancelot after his years in the wilderness came back to help Arthur defeat his evil son Mordred.

Fingers crossed that Holyfield doesn't get killed in battle like Lancelot though

Okay...so Holyfield wins one of the HW belts....are you sure that this a HW division that you really want to be excited about? I still think it looks rather dreary, and while Brock is offbeat, and not your usual mouthy no-brain boxer, I don't think he has the charisma to win over the hundreds of thousands of people as fighters in previous era's have done.

I think they are probably still at the beating up fellow homies on the street and robbing sweetshops stage.

But soon they will get their first pigeons to race, someone will kill one of them and little Tyson Jr will go all badass, claim vengeance, kill the kid and a new star will be born.

Maybe we can speed things up, I'll buy them some racing pigeons as a present, then wait a couple months till they have bonded and you can go round and kill one.

True you will be in a lot of pain, but think you may just have been the catalyst that sees another Tyson legend being born.

Let me say this...if there is anyone out there that I want to rule the division...it's now Wlad Klitschko...& I hate to be Anti-American...being an American...but there isn't a Yank in sight right now that can do anything with the current champions.

Truthfully...the best fight out there right now on an American scale...IWO...is going to be Lyachovich vs Brock!
