Its pretty old stuff but interesting thet wont show you how, theyll just show you why. We had a simular thing years ago where the ISGB used our gym for testing. I had a guy with the reaction time of 6,000 th of a second the fastest they had recorded. They understood why he had it but not how to use it thats the problem. Its the adaptions where the problem lies and motorization and techniques plus mindsetts.

For a number of years its been my lifes work to find out how. Universitys will tell you why but very rarely find out how, they study the evidence, then publish the verdict, the truth. I think the two main feilds to improve are reducing safely, rest period after Vo2 max, endurance fitness. Also to make the motor neurons adapt to speed in correct form, without injury. I believe weve found the answers, in six months, they will be reveiled.
