    Default castillo vs. hatton

A fight that might be even better than Castillo-Cotto and it may happen.

This would be a good one. Both like to fight inside and crowd their opponent. I hope they use a small ring for this one. Since fightnews.com has them looking at a possible December date and Castillo's suspension doesn't end until the end of the year they'll probably do it in England, which is a MAJOR advantage for hitman.

Regardless of whether they do it at 140 or 147, I still like Castillo to take over down the stretch and get a split decision.

if Hatton doesnt get cut to shreds which could quite easily happen, i see him winning by late TKO or UD just by pure work rate I think the wars that castillo has been in may have been detremental to his stamina.

I think Hattons inactivity will be his down fall.

Warren kept Hatton very active and that's what kept him very sharp.

I don't think this will go 12 or 10 or how ever many its scheduled for. Hatton said he would go toe to toe with anyone at 140 and we know that's Castillo's game, I say its going to be a bloody one in there with one of them getting KOD, can't wait to see it

Not crazy at all. I bet Castillo will be favored by the odds-makers. I definitely pick him to win. Regardless, this would be a great fight--by far the best at 140--and has to happen.

Good post, I think we have seen the best of Ricky Hatton (and it was great fun while it lasted). His biggest mistake was leaving Warren. A fighter like Hatton (McGuigan, Colin Jones, Frazier etc) has a short shelf life and should have been piling in the fights.

I think he might well lose his next fight (assuming it is against someone with more than just a pulse)

This would be a war, both guys love to come forward. I'd have to take Castillo by late KO!

Are you joking x we have seen the best of him??

Mate he has won most of his fights with more or less shut outs, he has had say three tuff fights in his career, if anything Castillo is the one who could be done.

I'd take Hatton by late stoppage in a proper war. But i only just favour Hatton about 55-45.
