I just read an article that mentioned Hopkins is a vegetarian, is that true?

For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Not claiming to be a Hopkins historian...but I have heard that he sticks to a "veganesque diet" while training for fights.
Maybe I'm wrong...maybe not.
Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!
Don't know and don't really care
I don't know about BHOP...but James Toney is a vegetarian...or was that vegetarian eater?

Yes he is a vegetarian.
I am also one of those strainge creatures that doesn't eat meat.
It's not strange to me, I am a veg as well......Originally Posted by steady_E

I wonder what bhop's reasons for not eating meat are? Whether some sort of nutritional philosophy or cause he doesn't believe in harming animals? For some reason I'd find it hard to believe it's out of compassion for animals, he never struck me as that type of person.Originally Posted by killersheep
CC to you vegatarians out thereThought about doing it myself at time cause I don't agree how animals are treated before being mass killed and packaged, but meat is too delicious and too full of protein for me to take that step

Besides not eating animals, does anyone know what are the benefits of being a vegetarian?
Here are a few benefits.Originally Posted by drgoodlooking

of course if someone is a vegetarian it doesn't mean they eat well and a veg could easily counter all of these benefits by eating processed foods all the time.
For me I am a vegetarian because of economics, by that I mean if you grow an acre of soy beans you can feed 10 times more people than with an acre of livestock.
For me eating meat is a choice you make, I do not fault someone for their diet, nor will I ever try to convert any of you, but if anyone has any questions I will be happy to answer.
