i was lookin on d internet d other day for headguards and abdo guards n i was jus wnderin if they need to be aiba approved for you to wear them in bouts

yer im bout 99% sure they have to be approved by aiba or some other body so that you can use them in bouts but most sites or shops will tell you if they are approved for fights... makes like green hill and top ten are thats all im sure off
