Get that left elbow tucked into your ribs! :P

You're just asking for 'The RiiiiiiiiighT body ShoT'! (sorry... it's a stupid thing mickey says when he does pads in the Rockey game... my mate always says it... :P)

Seriously, if I was fighting you I would of easily stuck a hook in their, either off a counter or... as a LEAD (that's right... a lead right hook to the body... ) that's how open it is at times.

Theres like a foot between your elbow and your floating rib... sorry to go on about it... but if I don't tell you, you won't know...

thanks for the footage. you look good in there considering your both southopaws (which is always strange as youre not used to the way things are done in an orthodox format) but a couple things...

the two of you seem overly emotional in there. a couple things to limit that would be to (i) relax and (ii) stop complicating yourself with all those herky jerky movments. that second part there is honestly one of the biggest sins of all in boxing. theres no, no need to flail all around; remain composed in a stance that allows you punch with leverage - real, leg to leg leverage. from this you are allowed better concentration which therefore allows for better boxing in general.

i have issues with your stance but then again i personally think any fighter who stands square like this is going to be handicapped from it. its so much more difficult to counterpunch the way it is intended to counterpunch in boxing from that stance. but if this is not your way, i would at least reccomend that you learn to better slip punches - which you werent doing there.

yeh i agree with the man above.... loose the hand movements etc...lol
need to stop putting yourself down man "this is crap" and "worst ever"
that wasnt shabby... both got some good shots in!!
my advice to you after seeing that is when you box think about these few things and these things only..
stay calm composed and focused look for signs and shoulder movements...
protect yourself at all times elbows in at all times and hands up and down when you see theyr shoulder move before the shot is thrown.. just have hands up then you dont have to worry about getting hit and bieng thrown off your game..
and just commit yourself when you throw and throw good textbook shots... and remember hands right back to the face...
jus keep it simple u know!! remember to be relaxed.. remember to keep you hands up and throw good shots and commit to them ( actually want to hurt the fekker!!)
    peace :P

I Dont Have A Trainer Therefore I Do Not Have A Sparring Partner Everyone That I would spar with would either be trying to knock my head of with hey makers which i do not believe is boxing and i would most likely be a better boxer.
but im still searching for someone who wants to learn how to box with sparring and stuff.. so that we could both get better at boxing

i dont really have a specific trainer given to me but im sure if you go to a gym they would either pair you up with a young lad with the same skill as you or they would do stuff like i sometimes do like specific shots or hands you can do...
i.e left hands anywhere, rights only to the body.
or no uppercuts...and take it easy
or just work on defense while they attack me :P
    fun stuf really :P

    yeah, he's currently 'inactive'.

might start seriously again at the end of the season.

Dude what have you been thinking? While your fighting, if you get tired...get someone to distract the ref and get your bro to jump in. It would work
