    Default 5 hypothetical fights...

Ok I had a friend argue with me on the winners of these 5 "fantasy fights" would love to see what the rest of you think!...here they are...
1...Aaron Pryor vrs. Roberto Duran...I see this as a mismatch as Pryor's style is kinda made for Duran...at 140 lbs. Duran still has great power and punishes Pryor en route to a 9th round tko.
2...Tommy Morrison vrs. Earnie Shavers....2 big punchers but i give Shavers the edge in the chin department...both hit the deck early but Morrison stays down in the 4th.
3...John "the Beast" Mugabi vrs Nigel Benn...Mugabi almost made Hagler retire, Benn is a tough s.o.b but The beast had dynamite in both hands...I like Mugabi by ko in 3
4... Lennox Lewis vrs Larry Holmes...Frankly Lewis has always had problems with guys who could jab...and Holmes maybe had the best jab outside of Ali...The easton assasin lands a left right combo that leaves Lewis stretched in the 10th...my friend beleives lewis would overwhelm Holmes....
5...Barry Mcguigan vrs. Wilfredo Gomez...Are you kidding these two don't belong together Gomez would take Mcguigan apart fast...I hestitate to say this fight wouldnt go 8 rounds but thats what i think...This caused my pal to fume that Mcguigan would've pressured Gomez down ala Azumah Nelson...but i beg to differ

Pryor -vs- Duran Duran wins via late round knockout ( Duran losing on the cards )

Morrison -vs- Shavers Shavers Ko's Morrison in the 5th.

Mugabi -vs- Benn Benn gets off the canvas twice to KO Mugabi

Lewis -vs- Holmes Holmes uses that jab and just out Stamina's Lewis to win a Late R KO

McGuigan -vs- Gomez Gomez Ko's Barry late in the fight
