Default Hatton's Badmouthing of Floyd is Pathetic, and Quite Frankly, Sad

It's obvious little Ricky Hatton cannot control his raging jealousy of Floyd Mayweather. Floyd is 6 months away from being on the biggest stage the sport has showcased in almost 5 years, and little Ricky can't stand it, so he is reduced to saying that Floyd's last few fights put him to sleep. He can't stand the fact that Mayweather is now set to have all the mainstream attention and fame that Hatton so miserably failed to gain in his so called 'American coming out party.' If Hatton had sacked up and even tried to make the fight instead of simply talking through the media and signing to fight bums, maybe it would be him this May who would be duking it out with the sports pound for pound best, but no. He instead chooses to live off of the long deceased glory of a fight that took place over a year ago. Ricky Hatton's badmouthing of Mayweather is pitiful and if Hatton fans can't man up and accept the truth, I feel sorry for you.

Hatton has not signed anything with Castillo. He's fighting some guy named Urinego or something like that next year.

It all depends on how you like your boxing.

Floyd vs Baldomir = 12 round UD decision.
Floyd vs Judah = 12 round UD decision with a riot.
Floyd vs Mitchell = 6th round TKO.
Floyd vs Gatti = 6th round TKO.
Floyd vs Brusseles = 6th round TKO.
Floyd vs Corley = 12 round UD decision.
    Floyd vs N'dou = 7th round TKO.

Floyd's done just fine...also...it's funny...but everyone keeps jumping time lines with Floyd. First it's that he hasn't fought an exciting fight or worthy opponent in the last 3-4 years, then it's his last two fights, & next it'll be either he was a joke because Oscar beat him...or Oscar was worn out because Floyd beat him...

Not that I'm commenting one way or another...I mean I did promise mum's the word on that matter till May the Fif.

Holy christmas...that's a long gotdam time for me to keep quiet.

One word: URANGO. I mean...come on.

Excluding Kostya & Collazo...what else can you say? Ben Tackie? Carlos "I got lucky...just once" Maussa?

Damn...& everyone rips Floyd's record apart.

Like I said in a similar thread...

While Mayweather is taking a big risk moving up in weight to fight DLH..

Hatton is moving down in weight to fight Urango.

Hmm...up in weight to fight dlh or down in weight to fight urango...yeah

I don't think hattons statements are a big deal though. Fighters are always insulting other fighters. Maybe it was in retaliation for pbf calling hatton a wrestler. Hey, both are true..pbf's last fight wasn't "exciting" but Hatton is still riding on his wrestling, low-blowing defeat of Tszyu. At least floyd is moving up in his career and taking dangerous fights...don't see hatton doing that, at least not right now.

I didn't sadclick you, and the point I'm making is Hatton has SIGNED to fight Urinago, not Castillo. The point is with Hatton, it's always alot of talk and not a whole lot of follow through. People bitched about Floyd to fight Judah, he did, they bitched to fight Baldomir, he did, they bitched to fight Oscar, it's on. Hatton however, not exactly too eager to step up to the plate, just a bunch of, 'he's fighting so and so next year.' And why is it always 'next year' with Hatton?

Im not sure if your a Mayweather fan, if you are, good for you. I like Mayweather as a fighter myself ....
Id still love to step on him for the comments he made about B-Hop but as a fighter... Hey, he is the best.

One thing we obviously know you are is a Hatton hatter which is just silly considering that your hate comes from what comes outta Rickys mouth.

Hatton has already heaped tons of praise on PBF for his abilities and so on.
That in itself is such a rare occasion in the sport of boxing these days that it simply clarifys the fact that Ricky is a nice guy, a true gent. (albiet, a bit cheeky but big Fwokin deal)

At the end of the day Hatton too (should you choose to accept it or not) is a top competitor and it goes without saying that he and any other professional boxer willing to get in the ring at championship level has the right to critise someones perfomance.

More so than 80% of us non-professional, non-engaging, sit at the PC, boxing fans ever will.... Yet we spend all fwoking day doing so!

Now if you think that kinda hypocrisy is okay, then son i feel sorry for you

So stop talking such Bolllocks, Bullsheet, utter narrow minded crap.
Where the hell are you from... Eastside?!

I would love so much to remove myself from these type of arguments but some people.....
