For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
well, if I'm interpreting the term correctly, it's also called "speed training" which is based predominantly on explosive (weight) lifting that uses loads of maybe 50% of your one rep max, and plyometrics. Distilled down to a single take-home message, it's any exercise that builds speed and power by targeting fast twitch muscle fiber through fast (explosive) movements with less to little to no resistance (other than body weight).
Examples: clap push-ups, medicine ball slams, dumbell snatches, burpees, etc.
you get a click for that, by the way get your eyesight checked or get some early nights

I'm not sure why the press have been making such a fuss over it for Morale's camp... loads of boxers use them.
my guess is because the latest fitness craze is bodyweight training, dynamic training and med balls are back in style.
