....ummm Hatton was ineffective at 147 as a puncher/brawler...ODH would whip his ass IMO...if for no other reason than Oscar would dwarf Hatton ....not to mention he can box and take a great punch as well as give one.

    I'd rather see an Oscar-Mosley 3, Oscar-Tito 2, Oscar-Margarito, or Oscar-Zab Judah (I don't know what it is, I love seeing that guy suffer)

What weight class are you proposing? ODLH isn't coming in under 154 and Hatton isn't going anywhere except 140, so Maybe Cruiserweight?
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

just because it would be hattons right to at least get the chance to fight him, and i dunno, hatton said he would move up one for mayweather, so prehaps a compramise may be made

If Hatton wants to stay at 140 he needs to focus onJunior Witter, Vivian Harris, Demetrius Hopkins, Diego Corrales, and Jose Luis Castillo.

If Hatton wants big time fights he needs to look for Miguel Cotto, Zab Judah (which would be an awesome fight), and Arturo Gatti

Although it hasnt been widely reported, it is alledged Oscar offered Hatton the fight on May5th, now this could have been the rocket he needed to get Floyd in the ring, but a firm offer had been made to fight at welter. While Team Hatton were considering the bout, Floyd stepped up and took the fight with Oscar. So the question you ask may come to fruition if Oscar is victorious over Floyd.
Personally i would not like to see this, two of my faves going at it, with only one winner, and that's Oscar. In saying that the only time oscar was KO'ed was by a sickning body shot, Hattons trademark !

I wouldn't rule Hatton out completly in this fight at all, because you never can rule out a pressure fighter when their fighting someone with a problem with stamina, even though I know oscar has been 12 rounds quite a few times. The size may not be all that much a problem if Hatton bulks up right, the real problem would be that left hook of oscar's!

ODLH is better in every department.

I think he would put Hatton on the back foot from the first round and just pound on the "Hit man" till he cracked.

Still its a fight I would love to watch coz how many times in boxing have the odds been upset.Any one remember Ray Robbsons Vs Randy Turpin? or a bloke called Buster Douglas

The only way I see it happening is if Hatton moves up to 154. People may think he should get the chance, but reality is he doesn't stand a chance.

My feeling for hatton atm is, hes gunna stay at 140 and take on the likes of castillo after this urango fella. But he could easily move up to 147 to fight cotto, Judah and possibly mayweather simply 'coz their best weight is 140 (maybe with the exception of cotto - time will tell on that one)

To me hattons limit is 140, but he could go to 147 depending who hes fighting...

As for hatton V De la hoya lol...

That would be like Barrera going up to 147 to fight mayweather, not possible!

I couldn't agree more with you man. Oscar would humilliate this guy sorry Hatton fans but your boy doesn't stand a chance with the Goldon Boy and I'm not even an Oscar fan. However I would like to see Hatton fight Castillo or Cotto I think those to fights would be real intersesting full of excitement.

Yer sadly Hatton would get destroyed in this, he would have to go even higher then 147 where he has already struggled. So cant see anything other then a stoppage for the Golden Boy.
