Default Holyfield VS Valuev...who pulls it off and how?

As for me I think Valuev has nothing, he's just a big ogre with less than mediocre boxing ability. I say the legend could take him by unanimous decision.

I say Valuev by KO but it will be on a rabbit punch. Poor Evander will just be the icing on the cake for this big phoney.

Evander has all the heart in the world but it won't help him vs Valuev....Valuev's record will be legitimized by adding Holyfield's name to it or so his handlers think

As much as I would love to see the real deal slay sasquach, I have a hard time believing that Evander would be able to handle the sheer size of Valuev at this point in his career, plus Valuev has been looking better lately.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Pulling off Valuev would be like trying to get a telegraph pole out of a sleeping bag!!

Holyfield by decision. I don't care if Valuev looks better recently, thats because he couldn't get worse! Valuev is way too slow and sloppy to win this one and holyfield boxes to a decision in his favor.

don't buy into the hype of his comeback, we're talking about a guy who got TKO'd by James Toney vs a 7 foot 325 pound man-beast who rabbit punches like a motherfucker

I think holyfield was washed up years ago (hence chris byrd's second title reign which consisted of 4 defenses in 5 years and his first one lasted no fights because vitali quit in a fight he had won and wlad beat byrd's ass in his first defense which is why i consider it a joke to call byrd a two-time champion), but i think he still has plenty left to defeat valuev.

Alright my Southern Brutha from anutha Mutha.... This fight is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for Evander....

Heres why.... Evander can still Box..... The biggest gripe is His diminishing skills, Now he dosent have to be Lightning quick to get off against Valuev so his window of opportunity to land a punch will be a tad bit extended and he dosent need to chase him around either, Evander has the power to Hurt Valuev. Evander has a good short compact Left Hook on the inside and can dig away.... He dosent have to be that active either...

Prime Holyfield or Classic Holyfield can beat this big Momaluke...... Evander 12 UD

Lyle I'm Curious on how you think Early to mid 90's Holyfield would handle the in shape James Toney that TKO'd him a few years back..

I think a prime Evander really works too hard for Toney to cope with....it would have been a WAR (without Evander losing)

Evander might still be able to box but his style is to be in close, work hard, throw more punches. Valuev has a HUGE reach a decent jab and he clubs the back of the head like Sam Peter. Valuev is awkward but not to a point where he's good he just makes guys think about hitting him a little longer than anyone else.....but those guys he has fought are bums.

His title defenses are so pathetic.....Beck, Barrett, McCline I wouldn't be scared to meet those guys in the ring!!!

I am one of the few people who think Valuev is underestimated... to an extent. He is so strong he would push Evander back everytime Evander tried to get in, and Valuev would beat him with the jab and cross.

Evander was fighting for several years with a torn rotator cuff. most guys would have been bitching dogging , but Evander kept on fighting unfortunately doing more damage each time out.. However after 4 surgeries to repair it, he is back. and in great form. Look for Evander to fight well into his late 40's with titles in hand ! Today's Heavyweights are snuff queens at best ! I STILL haven seen the Evander/Fres fight so
based on the Donald fight and assuming that there was no HUGE change or improvement in Evanders punch output and ability to get off.
Valuev is raw but he does have a decent work rate. Hes naturally that big not a small guy with smalll lungs and heart who has beefed up to 350.
    Unlike evander/briggs etc.
Now ruiz did ok and Evander is about the same so its not out of the question that evander wins but.
With the giant Every punch does damage and evander WILL NOT be able to push him around or tire him out. Evander won fights on conditioning and work rate. he just plain out worked you till you tired out. had trouble with BIG natural strong guys like BOWE and clutchers like ruiz. I think that Evander runs out of gas after being mauled and the giant hairy ape man then takes him home to his Yeti cave to be his man-slave.
    look at these pics!
(hope this works) look at the size dif ruiz/apeman ruiz/evander
