ok, now the season has started, i want to fight.
I go to school, and i need some tips on what would be a good thing to eat at school and when in the day to cut fat and get to a lean fighting weight. Im boxing about 3 times a week and doing sprints 2 times.

bit of pasta, some tomatoey type stuff and a HEAP of cheese. NOT GOOD.
