All right lets face it. I know I aint the only one thats pondering this question. I mean we try to stay diciplined but too much dicipline can be exsausting and its the holidays, the eggnog is flowing, the food is outstanding, and we want to enjoy our selves without getting too out of hand. Any suggesstions on how to carry ourselves through this time of year? I thought this would make a cool discussion.

). The food isnt my problem, I've just been justifying my cigarette smoking for a few more weeks by telling myself I know I'm gonna get trashed on New Years Eve and smoke a whole pack of cigarettes. Maybe now that I've taken up boxing, I'll finally follow through with the same New Years resolution that I make every year to quit smoking.
