Floyd turned down 8 million plus. I know Goosen would have made it VERY public that he offered Margarito millions if he believed Paul William's enough. It seems Goosen would rather earn a belt for Williams the quiet and easy way. While Margario's happy to finally get his WELL DESERVED career payday.
