Do we know who Klitschko is leaning towards fighting in March?

Box rec shows 3/9 against an unnamed opponent.

I think it is too soon for Makaev.

But, there have been talks about a Klitschko/Maskaev in April.

It it Ray austin he is going to fight?

sadly, i think it will be austin. hes the mandatory. and hes not a bad fighter, but hes not in wlads league.

yeh it ray austion for 100% since peter gona fight maskaev, don king is truly the destroyer of boxing, he not gonna be around for 2 long so don't worry boxing might be back

Last I hear, it was Austin. Maskaev's camp is trying to bypass the mandatories (his is Peter). As much as I would like to see unification, I think the mandatories should be enforced. I think Maskaev's camp is scared they will lose to the favored Peter before they score a big payday with Klitschko for a unification match.

u have to remember chris byrd said even tone lost against rahman and maskaev knoch hasim out
styles make fight and this fight could be unpredictable
oleg has been knocked out but that was yrs ago oleg has improve at late age like wine
hasim must have had awesome power especially when he just knocked lewis out with 1 punch, remember lewis was not tko he was ko clean, people are gona be shocked from this result

No way Peter fights Maskaev next. I bet Peter gets put on the back burner & has a very non productive year fightin fringe contenders to stay active.

Maskaev wants no part of Peter. I think Oleg is thinkin if Im gonna lose I better make some money. Would rather fight Wladimir in Russia for more money. I would actually be surprised if that fight happens also.

Unfortunatly I see the HW division staying the same with every cahmp (not just Valuev) fighting the easiest possible contender. Klitschko vs Austin, Valuev vs McCline BRiggs vs Ibragimov what a way to start 07.
