This is what I do at my boxing gym.
1. 3 mins x 3 rds on the heavy bag.
2. 3 mins x 3 rds on the floor-to-ceiling bag.
3. 3 mins x 3 rds on the speed bad.
4. 3 mins x 3 rds on the small bag.
5. 3 mins x 5 rds shadow boxing.
6. 2 mins x 3/4 rds sparring.
