Question- Are cows Moo's regional?

Example- Does a Cow from London Moo with a London accent and would a cow from Manchester Moo in a Manc accent?
Or- Would a New York Cow Moo differently to a Cow from Texas?

My mate reckons he saw a programme that says this is true
And there is some evidence to back this up believe it or not
