1) WBA has some integrity and balls and honors the commitment it made to Samuel Peters before the Eliminator fights for a shot at Oleg Maskaev in both Toney I and II which he fought,won, AND paid HUGE sanctioning fees. This is doubtfull as we know they have no honour or balls.

I think you presume and make assumptions all too easily, otherwise I see no reason why Vitali cannot wait until Peter has his chance to step in and have a shot.
