Back in his prime Montell wins easily, but now I have to go with Johnson by KO or TKO.

I'd say "Ice" is getting iced. Griffin was an exceptional boxer back in his short prime, but in his later years has been reduced to pretty much a jab and clinch type of fighter. He'll try to jab, make you miss, and clinch his way to a decision. Against the workrate and hunger of Johnson, I don't think it is going to work well. He'll eventually get worn down and stopped the way I see it.
