Froch turns down Calzaghe
In the news of the world today Frank Warren says Carl Froch has turned down a fight with Calzaghe wonder if this is true and if it is why did he turn it down? Froch is desparate to fight Calzaghe he says he even wants to fight Inkin so he gets to number1 contender so can we beleive Frank Warren?

Bit more of a joke that after saying he want's Hopkins, Taylor, Kessler, etc, and supposedly after Warren was trying to get a fight with one of them made; he would turn around and offer Carl Froch a shot at Calzaghe.. Is there honestly anyone who wouldn't be dissapointed if Froch was his next fight?? I realize it would be a good domestic event in the UK but Froch is very overrated imo and certainly not in Calzaghe's league.. It wouldn't prove anything to me if Joe beat him, I couldn't see him not doing so, in fact.. Froch is way too sloppy and unpolished.

Warren has also offered the British and Commonwealth super-middleweight champion, Carl Froch, "by far and away the biggest pay cheque of his career" to take a Calzaghe fight. But Warren added: "I am not expecting Froch to take the fight, because I know he doesn't really want it. He talks big but when it comes he does not want to know. [color=red]I have not asked for options on his career in the event that he wins but I am not holding my breath."
Like the way he clears up the options issue at the end.
