As for Larios Chi,I think Chi is getting on in age now,may be not as sharp as he used to be and Larios is just a punching machine! I think Larios totally overwhelms Chi late on! 2 tough tough gritty warrior like fighters though,could be really good!

Thats what I'm afraid of that Kats will punch himself out trying to KO Guzman and will tire out and get delt himself...
If Kats can fight smart and just keep his usual high volume punch style he should be able to outpoint Guzman as Guzman sits back and IMO absorbes to many punches.... Though I will say Guzman did not look so good in his homecoming fight (his last fight) against a mediocre fighter and also how will the weight effect Guzman....
