    Default Feliciano Vs Cintron (SPOILERS)

Ok, dont keep reading if you haven't seen the fight and don't want to know the result.

    .

    .

Anyone else impressed with Feliciano? He was terrier. I really liked that fight. The way Feliciano just kept on throwing punches. Eating massive shots from Cintron and just keeping going. I kept hearing inspirational 80's power ballads whilst he was chasing him down.

(See Karate Kid "Nothings ever gonna hold you down")

    Brilliant

yeahh wow what a fight! I had it for a quick KO for cintron but feliciano made him look verrry verry normal and i think cintron pretended his hand was hurt after the fight soo he cud use it as an excuse.

The 80's hairstyle of Feliciano only added to the drama for me.

Feliciano ate a lot of really big punches but just kept on coming. Did you hear at the end when he jokingly referred to himself as the new Arturro Gatti?

Thats mighty big words (In terms of crowd pleasing style) but...

I couldnt help thinking "This is like a gatti fight" whilst it was happening. Feliciano was really busy.

ALl I can say is tisk tisk to the people who thought Cintron was more well rounded than Cotto.

    From what I seen.

Cintron still hasn't learned THAT much from the Margarito debacle.

Margarito by KO, again. Kermit can't take the heat... especially from a strong man and power puncher that is the TJ Tornado.

I have said this before and i'll say it again all these people keep saying Cintron has made massive improvements but i just don't see it at all Margarito would crush Cintron in a rematch and Williams will box his head off.

Cintron has the ability or should I say CHANCE to defeat Williams.... but stylewise he's toast against Margarito. TOAST. If he had a choice, he better choose The Punisher P-Will.

He injured himself so not sure if a fight with either is next. I've yet to see the fight but I did think Kermit improved under Manny, maybe I was wrong.I definitely saw more lateral movement and more jabbing but it seems,if you can take Kermit's power(which very few can),he struggles.

I still give him a shot at PW though, styles make fights,if h lands those bombs on PW,on his fragile body,Kermit can win.

Jesse Feliciano showed TREMENDOUS heart in that fight. It was awesome. But the skill and power differntial was just too much for him. God bless him, his huge heart and deceased son though. What a warrior. That was unbelieavable.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

He allowed Jesse to smother him too much Cintron would of won that fight easy had he took a step back and gave himself more room for his punches he fought Jesse's type of fight.

CC ICE, I've been saying it but since no one takes me seriously I guess it didn't matter He's got power and a weak will. Tony will beat him silly and he'll do the same thing he did the 1st time, quit and cry. PW will beat him on points, and even if he doesn't, what's Cintron got after that? Cotto and Tony? That's as good as murder if you ask me. Possibly Clottey; hell I'd venture to say Berto will give him a good run right now. Zab? Lol, now that would be a humdinger of a fight; they'd probably both quit.

Sorry, but this is one case where as a result of a fight I end up crediting one fighter more than I end up DIScrediting the other. Ok, so Cintron didn't KO Feliciano in two rounds like he did Matthysse. I'd rather attribute that to the fact that Feliciano is ONE TOUGH S.O.B., instead of some sudden shortcomings by Cintron. Geez.... Kermit hit this guy with everything except the kitchen sink, and the guy just kept plodding forward. I had never seen anything like that in my life! The announcer said it himself.... those shots would have felled just about any other welterweight. I thought both fighters showed a lot of heart, because it would have been easy for Cintron to become discouraged when this kid just wouldn't go away.

No doubt Tito, Cintron just rubs me the wrong way. He can hit like a mule though, and I knew Jesse was tough, but go#damn I didn't know he was that tough. I think Cintron could put most away in the WW division, with alot less than Jesse took. I couldn't believe when they stopped it Jesse ws still standing there like it was just a beautiful day in the park. I'm not taking anything away from Cintron cause' I don't think much of him anyways, but his power is there and I don't know how Jesse stood there. I wanna rematch!! I wish Andrade and Feliciano were both the same weight, what a fight.
