Carlos Zarate, Jr., pounded Miguel Garcia Avila into a two round TKO defeat at the Amateur Fist of Gold Tournament in Mexico City.

With Dad sagely offering words of wisdom in his corner Carlos Jr., who’s a big framed lightweight, rocked Garcia with heavy left right combinations, to force a standing count in round one. Using his longer reach and powerful overhead rights, he forced two standing counts in round two, before the referee waved off the action.
