Not sure anybody has mentioned it.. Its likely everyone knows but just doesnt care ..

But it seems antonio has split with trainer buddy Mcgirt, And gone back to his old trainer..

Reason i got interest in this fight Tarver - Muriqui is as some of you know.. Elvir is my man paulie malignaggi's boy.. He's your typical ' good' lightheavy with some impressive wins of the 'espn stature'

Im looking forward to seeing how tarver comes back.. And as always..Praying he gets sparked..
In all fairness Elvir is a real humble guy.. Fair play to him if he can pull it off

That's messed up bz...I haven't seen that movie yet. ...The only thing I have against Tarver is that he beat one big name and decides to call himself "Legend Killer". I hope he's removed that alias from his list. Who is next for Tarver if he wins this fight?

Granted roy was well weight drained..And that one knockout probably ended his big fight career thou..

I'm a huge Roy Jones fan, but I only bought that "drained" comment the first time he fought Tarver and won by decision. The other two times he was just facing a better fighter. Anyway, do you know who would be next for Tarver if he wins?

He was drained the first time.. And after that i believe it was the shock and anticipation of having to comeback after a brutal knockout that was the reason he hasnt been the same since..

Theres no word on it yet.. I believe a fair few people have been in talks with him.. Clinton woods, Chad dawson .. I would bet that if tarver wins he'll carry on begging bernard hopkins for a rematch..
I doubt he'll get it though

He loves his rematches.. He was begging for a rematch alot after the fight..And again when bernard unretired..

But i think he has gotten tired of asking now and is trying to move on again.. I dont think i could see tarver as a force at light heavy again.. I'd love to see him try heavyweight.. That would be something special..But frankly while he's been away theres been new stars emerging at light heavyweight and i can only see him bieng a stepping stone and a name on younger fighters records in future
