relax young'en...you got spirit, but you are trying too hard to kill with one shot, slow it down, work your stance flow and balance, power will come. you look strong enough to generate some serious power, you just need to relax and work on timing it to hit. wear them down nice and slow, then hit them hard. not bad for a young man

    Relaxing can do wonders.

Best win I've had... 9 second knock out.

First punch I threw... I had no intention of knocking him out with it... right hook lead to take his gloves up, so I could sneak under to the body. The guy never took his gloves up!

Was just relaxed and let the punch out... it knocked his head into orbit... I barely felt the punch land because it snapped back his head so far and so fast.

If I'd ran out and tried to take his head off with that same hook I doubt I would of hurt him

Definately like they said RELAX and loosen up. And when your shadow boxing visualize you opponent in front you. In the vid if you had someone in front of you you would have been hitting there arms. Couldnt really see your feet but it looked like you were turning into your punches all right. Also it almost looked like uppercuts on some of the punches you threw. You need to change levels by slideing your back foot out a bit and bending your knees so you can get down there and throw a good shot. Never bend at your waist, and if you have to only slightly. Keep your hands up to your checks and eldows nice and tight against your body. Maybe work on your posture. Other than that you look like you got some speed and good power so keep it up!! Also one last thing when you throw your hook try to make your forearm parallel with the ground. Keep it up like I say you look like you good some natural ability.

It is good to throw hooks with the elbows close to the body.
A whole bunch of body punching is setting up the punch, and getting your feet in position so you can land it effectively. Another thing, in my mind, is punch placement; you can do as much damage with one well placed shot as with dozens of here and there attempts. I would suggest always practicing body-punching (or any punching, really) off of a defensive move, like a slip, for example
