Default Wheres the support for Joe Calzaghe?

I remember for a long ass time after he beat Jeff Lacy, there was a ton of support for Calzaghe from the Brits on here. I mean literally the man could do no wrong and was capable of beating everyone out there according to you guys. But it doesn't seem like he has near as support on here as he used to. What happened?

Fighting Manfredo didn't help much nor ducking Kessler

I am not a Brit and I support Calzaghe skills. Him roy jones both need to learn the art of negotiations but can still beat taylor, kessler, B-Hop.

I like Joe, but after the hype he recieved from the Lacy win, for him to duck a "Real Contender", Glenn Johnson, then fight Manfredo, hurt his credit IMO. Now with the Kessler mess, Joe is in need of a big fight. Win or lose, he should go out with a bang. Not a Brit, but love to watch Joe fight. The Lacy fight can't be the highlight of his career. Lets get a big fight signed Joe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well because everyone was hyping up Lacy like he was the next Tyson it was great victory for Calzaghe at the time he and Warren promised us fans so much and fighting the tv show 2nd place silver medalist Peter Manfredo and Sakio Bika just didn't cut it for me

There was a ton of support...but Joe decided to become a b*tch and hide from the top contenders....so all that awesome once in a lifetime momentum was lost forever...He will never be considered an All-time great now....he blew it...I was a Joe C fan.....but since I don't root for chickensh*t b*tches he is now off the list....
It feels good to be back home.

I am just being realistic. I would favour hopkins of 98-99 over calzaghe but as of now calzaghe is too mobile and active for B-hop to handle plus hopkins current style of one punch at a time won't work against calzaghe
