Default Finally Got My Bowflex Blaze

I dont know how worldwide the product is, but its the real deal in the states and has won a shat load of awards over the years... I used to be in stellar shape going to the gym 4-5 days a week and MMA training 3 nights a week.. Since I got this Job a year and a half ago with a 1hour 20min commute. So I get up at 6am and leave my house by 7am to get to work by 8:30am and sit at a desk for all day till 8pm some days so I dont get back in town till 9:30pm most nites.....

Needless to say Something had to be done seeing I look like shat when compared to my own standards... a little sagging in the chest and gut... So I will work on my cardio conditioning and pay strict attention to a proper diet.... But having this new home gym will be a big confidence booster and way to do my thing again here is the link

    http://www.bowflexshop.com/bhg_micro...e+Home+Gym.jsp

I will be using it for the 1st time tomorrow morning.. Since it seamlessly moves through excersises, you could do a high intensity 2 body part work out in a 20-30min, which is perfect sine I can save time on working out and not having to get ready for work at the gym(shitting, showering and shaving ) tell you what putting it together was a workout in itself... But I hope this will be a solution to my own inadequate physical standards...

    nice piece of kit JT.

Does it have a 'miracle' attachment which could actually build your calves to almost adult sized proportions?

Laugh all you want... But at 31 and out of shape I can still grab a basketball rim and I'm only 5'11 tall

Why not go the Olympic weight set route?

Back when I was still able to do such things without fear of paralyzing myself I wanted to order a workout tool from television. I cannot remember what it was called but it was a long blade that you held in the center and shook back and forth.

Do you know what I am talking about here?

Have fun putting that bitch together, JT. lol

Actually I did not see the writing under the picture the first time. I see it's all together now. Good for you, man. I get so angry doing stuff like that I will start to cry. No lie. It's sad.

Hahaha!! already did. recruited my pops to assemble it took about 2 hours, let me tell you all good quality parts, and extremely sturdy, I was worried it would be a chincy piece of shat, but this thing would survive a nuclear war along with the cockroaches

JT you will have to let us all know how this thing is, becasue I have always wondered. I mean I go to my local gym everyday, but if I could get something like this then shite I would cancel my membership. The reason I haven't persued getting one is because I was kinda skeptic about spending that much money on something I had only see on infomericals, you know how sometimes that make a product out to be more than what it actually is. Definately let us know how it is man, I'm curious.
