Kostya said if he even does come back it'd have to be 147. It took him 2 tries on the scale v Hatton which is a sign he was getting too big for the weight.

He just seems to small for 147, i mean he wasnt even tall at 140.

When you get older it gets harder to make the weight, I'd bet that he'll never fight at 140lbs.

I agree i just think the welters are too big. Williams, Margarito are massive compared to kostya.
If he could make 140 then come bck, if not stay retired.
