If you are having trouble playing NSV files,read this....

Try this to get the codec to play the NSV file...if the links don't work now try them again later OR download the just posted links(above)......

Instructions for updating Winamp to the new 264 nsv decoder:

1. Download and install the new, X264 decoder using FFDSHOW codec-pack:

2. Download and copy the nsvdec_x264.dll named file in the Program Files\Winamp\plugins folder:

3. Configure the FFDSHOW (newly installed program)
- from the START menu of Windows, you need to find the codec config file (Something like: Start/Programs/ffdshow/VFW Codec configuration)
- Click the "Decoder" tab at the top
- Make sure you have 'Codecs' selected in the left
- From the list look for H.264 and right click on it
- Click "Set all stable formats to libavcodec"
- Press "APPLY" than "OK"
- Restart Winamp and you're ready to watch the fights

I found a great player that so far plays every format I've tried. It's VLC Media Player. Just do a google search and you should find a free download of it.

the vlc playes just about everything but im pretty sure it doesnt play nsv files encoded with the fdshow



the only thing i know of that plays that without the codecs installed is a program called super converter

Yeah,only Winamp plays NSV.
