Nice one, Lords. I never listened to Timmons before and that was certainly a treat. Vai is undoubtedly the greatest living technician on his instrument. I just think that he tries to sound like Frank Zappa a bit too much, who was also an all time great that I forgot to mention.

right on mate... I saw that band zz top when I was a kid.. a few weeks in the states during the armatures.. we were at some gym in Lubbock Texas. Orlin Norris's gym I think? went to see ZZ TOP and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts that night .. fukin quality ! CC mate !
