why in the fuck did i get sad clicked??
Stop leaving your left hand down....Even while shadow boxing......It is a bad habit that even pro's should not use....Unless you are a GOOD pro who has the speed to offset the low left....Keep up the practice...CC for ya

thanx CC back to you
Ummmmmmmmmmm Ice
I dont mean to tick you off,but honest question
Do you ever intend to commit to a punch?
If you cant commit on the bag.............................
nah, you're not ticking me off...What do you mean...CC by the way![]()
Extend all of ur punches when ur shadow boxing. Step into the jab. Wait until u become VERY experienced before u make that type of defense ur main one. Train with both hands held high. Try to throw ur punches efortlessly/fluent. Don't throw 1 or 2 shots at a time (on the heavybag or anytime). Keep'em in combinations. U look like ur doin alot of thinking about what ur looking like before/during throwing ur punches. Just react. Ur game will come along if u only worry about training & reacting (using good basics) & not what u look like. Keep training & good luck.
You dont commit to the punches your throwing, you never drive them through like you mean buisness with them, you pull them back as theyre landing, you do it on your shadow boxing, you do it on the heavy bagOriginally Posted by Ice Man
Your combinations should be leading towards something, you arent throwing them just to throw them. The punch it was supposedly leading towards should be driven like a wall, especially on the bag, because it doesnt hit you back
You dont do that
Put your hips in to it,if you cant do it on the bag,you wont do it in the ring
ok, thank you
Just want you to know,me or Assasin werent tearing you up,just trying to help you to get betterOriginally Posted by Ice Man
I'm glad that Monkey made this statement. It's true. We are not trying to dig into u & a post can sometimes come across like that. Don't let any advice get u down. Take the good advice & train harder.Originally Posted by Trainer Monkey
Becoming a solid boxer takes alot of blood, sweat, pain, etc... Some people train to stay/get in shape. Some want to compete. If competing is what ur aiming for then u will have to train hard & pay ur dues. Good luck & train hard.
Thanks guys...training part two will be coming soon to a Computer screen near you

Overall I like what I see ! . the critics above are spot on about keeping the left up. that’s something you want in your foundation. later on with experience you can bring the left down some and becute with it. . I also like the bag work, your getting the shots out there correctly and you hands are staying up in proper position. . I like that your not killing the bag to start with.. learning to throw the punch correctly is first and foremost. I wish more kids would put the brakes on , slow it down ( get it right before killing the bag) then speed it up . ... However I think its time for you to turn over on some of your punches, sit on them a bit. put some mustard out there every now and then .
Try and hang the bag in the garage. . Its very difficult to sit down on punches with type of Bag stand set up you have. You really need to hang it from the rafters with a spring load, so you can work around the bag , you want to work on foot placement and stepping off to the side after combination punching . The heavy bag is the best piece of gear there is.. You can use it like sparring partner work defense off of it.
Another plus is your positive mind set and confidence . .. keep it up !
CC back to ya, I would put it up in my garage, but i am not able to. When i get back to college i can train on the heavy bag like that there.
Keep the comments comin!!!
Not looking bad, basically like everyone else has said you want a bit more dig on those shots - I can see it's there.
You're footwork seems like it's headed in the right direction too!![]()
