Pryor wins this at 140 in his prime by 8th or 9th round stoppage, Hatton would be battered from post to post. I like the Fatboy but his style would have suited Pryor perfectly and he would have been chopped up, the same thing would have happened if Hatton had of fought Tszyu (circa 1999-2000)
Now Pryor V Tszyu would have been something else!

I remember this was one of the first topics i done here anyway my opinion still hasn't changed Pryor can box and brawl he is too much for Hatton he would win in 9th round by cut stoppage.

Pryor would be all over Hatton, Ricky ain't got the punch to hurt Pryor so he'd be in for a mauling. I think Hatton would stick in there awhile until he was broken down late!

Pryor would have won a close decision over Hatton imo. He was a better puncher than Hatton and had pretty good skill. As long as his chin didnt let him down hed beat Hatton. I still dont know how he lost to Bobby Joe Young. That fact gives Hoatton a chance though.

Because he was way past it and was having drug problems.

true and i think it was his first fight after a long layoff. I always like Pryor but i always wonder how he would have done against a prim Arguello or Cervantes. I have a feeling Arguello would have beaten him cause even in their first encounter he was winning before getting stopped. Pryor would have still beaten Cervantes though imo in a tougher fight.

I'm not sure anyone would of beaten Aaron Pryor in his prime before his drug problems. Pryor by KO

Arguello was winning the first first ?? well you must of been watching a different fight to me because Pryor dominated early rounds Arguello come on strong but still Pryor was clearly ahead in the fight and even Arguello said he would never beat Pryor because he had never been hit by both hands at the sametime Pryor was too much Arguello and Arguello was only like 30 in first Pryor fight no one before the fight was saying he was past it i can agree that he was past it in the rematch because he took a bad beating in first fight but i don't believe he was past it in there first fight.

if pressed I'd go with Hatton. Ricky is a machine, the bloke has the right mindset as did Pryor. only Pryor's chin was always there to be hit it seemd. Arron had a funny way of leaving himself exposed.

It would have been one not to miss !

I don't buy that at all Mick sorry bro but i don't Pryor always had great stamina in his prime and could fight a full fight going at it like a windmill and i know you said before he got burst of energy when he come out of the corner after the drink from black bottle but i never once see Pryor tire in that fight he got caught with flush shots but i never really see him get tired he might of got a second wind who knows ?? but imo Pryor had Arguello's number even Arguello said he had never been hit with two hands at that sametime like Pryor did with him.

I dont know mate. if you listen to the video feed, that shady fucking trainer says to the second.. "Give me the bottle ( the black bottle , the one that I mixed up) !" then all of a sudden Pryor was refueled. strange to be sure !
