Boxrec has it for 29th September but then again it is Boxrec.
If it does happen I'd say Dawson by late TKO.

Chad Dawson is stepping upto the plate and fighting a very live fighter. Should be a quality fight.
This type of fight is what the Light Heavyweights need instead of the 'Seniors Tour' that has been going on.
