You didn't say what version of Windows you had, but I know with Windows XP you need additional software, called a DVD Decoder, in order to run DvDs. You can get a DvD decoder that acts as an add-in to Windows Media Player.

I ain't paying 20 quid for one.......I mean, you can buy a DVD player for 20 quid lol. I want a free one
