hi guys!
i wanna know if i eat steak will i put on alot of muscle mass on?
Also i read that red meat or meat in general makes athletes very aggressive (alot of testosterone?)
i think its good to have red meat (the leanest part - steak, cos u dont wanna have some crazy diseases like cancer or heart disease.) during training and mainly carbs a couple a day before a fight.
im jus wondering will it bulk me up or wat? i wanna be kinda slim and toned (lean?)
