    Default making weight.......?

    Hey guys im about 5'6 140 soak and wet, shoul I dropweight and fight at 132 or stay here at 140ish. I know that some fighters at 140 look like they weigh 160-170.If i should drop weight(and yes this would be for my first fight) whats the healthest way to do it??

    I would probably say if you can drop down without losing strength power and general condition definitely better to in my opinion. At 140 you'll probably be facing much taller guys with longer reach which could be a disadvantage (i know personally i can weigh in about 147 and im 6'1). Im guessing from your post theres no mad rush to shift the weight, so just watch what you eat keep training hard and it should fall off gradually.
