Alright here we go . I was impressed with holyfield in his last fights but this is a better oponent than any he has lately faced. If this fight was in the states, the judges would be gracious and id go with holyfield by decison but Russia turns this totally around. Anyways, I still think that a Holyfield decisoin at 9:1 at the sportbook is a possible winner.

But we need to worry about him getting killed I mean since when are we doctors and medical professionals He as fought mediocre and less than mediocre confidence building fights but the one thing you can see is that he has his wits about him and his reflexes are back from his healthy shoulders and he's putting his punches together and still has his power and has shown to have great conditioning as and has been the most active Heavyweight to date besides Rahman as well as Evander maintains bounce in his step while jabbing for 10-12 rounds SO WHATS THE PROBLEM? its not like Holmes, Foreman, Ali that were fighting in there 40's all flabby and creating a spectacle with their names.. Evander is 10000000% focused like he was 28 with spot on preparation.

Besides, he has been with Ronnie Shields for a long time and Ronnie knows and cares enough to throw in the towel if Evander is getting busted up. When his comeback against Bates was announced I said I word support Evander as long as he was competitive and made a good showing, well he has exceeded everyones expectations and has proven himself just as worthy as any heavyweight and he has followed thru on his own gameplan and his promises to the fans up to this point..... I believe in him 1000000000000000000000000000% that he will be victorious

10 Years ago this would have been a pointless topic because all the heavyweights that are around today just wouldnt have lived with Holyfield back then (except maybe and its a big maybe Wlad Klitschko). But now this is a very interesting match up. My heart says Holyfield but my head isnt sure. He has always taken a lot of punishment in his fights but due to his supernatural chin he seemed to always get away with it. But surely he cant still rely on his chin now at his age!
