Margarito v Cotto needs to happen.

I said this before,I'll say it again,this would be one of the best fights' we've ever seen. And Margarito would win. No more slow starting,those vicious uppercuts and his chin,he would beat Cotto although I don't mind who wins.Both are awesome.

i think this is a bad fight for cotto, too much risk and not as much reward.

if it was to happen i say margarito wins because i think he is too big for cotto, great chin and throws alot, i think he would maybe take cotto out in the later rounds or decision

no!!!!! maywheater cotto needs to happen. cotto just defeated mosley who imo is the best welterweight, and fighting margarito will be a step down for cotto. He needs floyd to put his name on concrete as truely the best welterweight now. Cotto does not need margarito, he needs floyd. hopefully floyd doesn't duck him like he duck margarito.

I don't really care to see a Mayweather fight,a Margarito would be far more exciting. And a Mayweather fight would be alot of hassle to make,I don't want Miguel wasting time trying to go after Floyd in negotiations like Tony did.

I have Cotto as the best WW right now from the fighters he's beaten at WW:Quintana,Urkal,Zab,and Shane compared to Baldo,Sharmba and Zab. I don't need a title(lineal,alphabet,whatever) to tell me Cotto is the best WW on the planet.

I'm the biggest Cotto fan in the world but a Margarito or Cintron fight is a risky fight for him. I honestly think that Margarito is very underated and he looked very hungry last night. Cintron on the other hand has an incredible power and can hurt Cotto easily since he loves to get hit. I'll still root for my boy but these are the risky fights.

yes. I don't want it to happen yet. I know it's coming but I think Cotto should fight someone else for now. Margarito is dangerous for Cotto. Like we've said all along.....styles make fights.

Anyone else notice how Manny Steward got a dig in on Mayweather last night? Him and Kellerman were talking earlier in the fight about the P4P best, and Manny asked Kellerman if he would still consider Floyd the best if he refused to fight the winner of this fight (Cotto/Mosley). Kellerman said, until I see him get beat, Floyd is the best. At the end of the fight, he asked him again, if he refuses to fight Cotto, is he still the best, Kellerman said yes. Manny said something like, "well you can have him cause I want nothing to do with him!"

Well Cotto made me a true believer last night, but Tony's my boy and I'll never bet against him. I won't bet against Cotto again though either, so I'll sit on the fence. All I know for sure is it will be un ugly, brutal fight, a throwback fight. Cintron has power and until I seehim go deep sea fishing that's all he has. Tony made him cur out once, and Cotto and Tony will do it again. Shane hit him hard last night, but Cotto stayed around. Cintron may be harder puncher, but if he can't get him out with a few big shots he'll roll up like a doodlebug and quit. No trying to be purposely offensive to the Cintron fans, but I can't stand a quitter.

They are 2 awesome fighters,styles make fights,I'm going for Tony to win ut would not mind a Miguel victory. I see Margarito as being ultra hungry at this point. He'll keep winning until he gets his big shot hopefully.

I think Cotto should fight the winner of Mayweather/Hatton. The winner of that fight should fight Margarito, and in the meantime Tony should fight one more preparatory fight against someone like Cintron, or even Judah, if ole Zab is up for getting embarassed again.

Thats a good scenario but win lose or draw,I see Hatton fighting Oscar. Too much $$$ to turn down. THat leaves Mayweather and Cotto,and Floyd isn't exactly going to rush to sign the contract. He's going to take ages as he does,sooo...Cotto can fight Tony. Screw Judah

Yeah I had wanted to see Tony fight Judah but no point in it now. Judah would be ruined for good, even for FNF bums. Margarito needs Cotto, Hatton or I wouldn't mind seeing him finish the job Tony started with Cintron. PW and Cotto would be intriguing as there would be so much height advantage. Cotto's next fight can't come soon enough for me, nor Margarito's.
