Who should be rated higher on the all time Greatest Heavies Holyfeild or Tyson

I was thinking about this and i always rate Tyson higher on the Top heavy list but I took a look at Holyfeild wins and i think he may had better wins. I mean Holyfield was a the only 4 time champion every in Boxing and not to many consider him a top 10 heavyweight. But looking at his best wins which were Bowe ,Copper, Moorer, Old Forman, Old Holmes, Tyson, Mercer, Bean and Ruiz. I just think Holyfield might be ranked higher then Tyson any thoughts on it.

...this is an easy one to answer HOLYFIELD OVER TYSON....Evander beat Tyson twice, and more importantly has stayed relevant and a champion for longer.

Mike Tyson was a guy who hit his prime and then people found out how to fight him and it was all over for the guy.

Evander Holyfield had a difficult style to begin with but pair that with his heart and work ethic and you have one great fighter....he would have beaten Tyson at any time in his career

I was thinking about this and i always rate Tyson higher on the Top heavy list but I took a look at Holyfeild wins and i think he may had better wins. I mean Holyfield was a the only 4 time champion every in Boxing and not to many consider him a top 10 heavyweight. But looking at his best wins which were Bowe ,Copper, Moorer, Old Forman, Old Holmes, Tyson, Mercer, Bean and Ruiz. I just think Holyfield might be ranked higher then Tyson any thoughts on it.

No prob man, I just can't stand those guys who think Mike Tyson was PERFECT as a fighter in his prime....and it's just not true! Fighters either didn't know how to approach him, were too scared to put him to the test, or tried to fight him correctly and didn't have the skills to beat him.

You put Tyson in vs any all-time heavyweight and usually he'll come out the loser do the same with Holyfield and it becomes more of a toss up.


I do rate Tyson over Bowe, although I think Bowe would have whipped his ass...Tyson's prime was longer

Evander hurt himself by hanging on too long and the fact Tyson was always such a larger then life figure to the public it will make his name one that comes to mind first....Also the fact Tyson is the youngest HW champion ever....
