"Sixty forty I kicks yo' ass, Sixty forty I tears yo' ass up" - Roy Jones
Should win on points, comfortavbly if he's he's really the future of the division, though I'd be surprised by a knoockout as Johnson is probably still quite tough.
I'm picking Dawson by points, Glen has the experience but Dawson is younger and more hungrier.
I really like Dawson and he seems like a good honest fellow.
This fight is interesting from a number of angles...
Will Dawson confirm his status as a World beater?
Will his chin hold out and will he show the same heart he did getting up vs. Adamek?
How much age has the road forced on Johnson?
Does he still have the power which shocked RJJ?
Can Johnson reestablish himself as a world beater?
I've got to admit that I have a feeling of forboding before this fight as Johnson is ALWAYS an unknown quantity, but I'm going to side with Dawson on points.

I would think Dawson could outpoint him in a fairly tough fight. Hopefully he will, nothing against Glenn at all but need some up and comers at 175, just a stagnant division.
It depends on which version of Johnson shows up to be honest.....If Glen shows up and really wants this fight IMO he will give Chad a boxing lesson....Won't knock him out but will teach him a few things...That is not to be taken as anything bad against Dawson...I like the kid and think he has a future as champion.....again it all depends on which johnson sows up

this will be an amazing win for him to be honest. It will show the others in the devision that he is going to be the man to beat, if he already isnt. I hope he does win it, it will make things a lot more intresting.
I'm gonna go against the grain here and say Johnson will beat BCD.
I think Johnson's ring smarts will be the deciding factor, and the fact
that he will have the hometown advantage. Johnson has yet to
lose in Florida.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
I'd also lean toward Johnson, though I really like Dawson and it would be much better for the division if Dawson won. I don't have a whole lot of confidence in this pick -- Johnson is just so much tougher and craftier than anyone Dawson's seen before. And Johnson actually looked great against Montell Griffin early this year. IMO Tarver would be an easier opponent for Dawson than Johnson will be.
When i heard about this fight the first thing i thought was...man glen might be just a little too much for chad to handle. A couple of years ago i'd pick johnson no question but right now i'd have to go with chad on points.

Glen Johnson is gonna prove to be a lot tuffer than Eric Harding was. I think too tuff.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
At this moment I like Johnson to take Dawson.Glen has shown no signs of Slowing down right now......forget the standard "he might get old tonight"!
Dawson needs this fight and I think hes a little out of depth at the moment.
I think Dawson takes it on points. But Johnson ain't no joke. And is a good fighter. Calzaghe didn't bitch out against Johnson for nothing. Johnson is a tough fight
I think people are really underestimating Dawson, He is very fast, good height, and he has pretty good power, and slick defensive moves. I think Adamek was pretty dangerous, and besides that one scary knock down Dawson was in complete control of him.
I have doubts about Dawsons chin after seeing Adamek rock him a few times. I know this wont be popular but Im picking Glen by k.o. if this goes down. He may get outboxed all night but I have a feeling Glen will test his chin like no other he has faced, and one shot is all he needs to change the fight.
