for the last month or so I've been trying to stay on a routine that will help me. I'm aiming more for the defined rather than bulked up. this is the schedule I'm recently on and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or comments to help me.
Mon: upper body; benching,curling,lat pull downs, wrist curls,
Tues: abs; crunches,reverse crunches, and side crunches
Wed: lower body: squats, leg extensions, and leg crunches
Thurs: Day off
Fri: upper body
Sat: Abs
Sun:lower body
etc...
if any one has any comments to help me or any tips please and thank you, once again I'm going for more the defined rather than bulking up.
Also ive been thinkin of starting to work my abs out every other day...so wat do you all think i should do?
