I'd tell Brock, "Dude, you got a chin of granite, they could put you on Mount fucking Rushmore! Don't be afraid to take a hit, don't get reckless, but don't turn and run either."
I'd tell Fedor, "Would you sign this?"
There is a long list of strikers that I would tell them to work a lot harder on their jab and leg kicks.

Stay cool and don't take anything on your nerves just keep fights as your profession and being personal can be a bad experience in that.Eat correct food especially that is your need physically avoid fats and food that has a lot of calories.
