    Default Give Advice to Fighter

If you could give advice to a MMA fighter to improve how they fight, who would you give advice to and what would it be?

I'd tell Brock, "Dude, you got a chin of granite, they could put you on Mount fucking Rushmore! Don't be afraid to take a hit, don't get reckless, but don't turn and run either."

I'd tell Fedor, "Would you sign this?"

There is a long list of strikers that I would tell them to work a lot harder on their jab and leg kicks.

I think Vera has much bigger issues than what weight he fights at

    I'd have to say:

    Jon Fitch- Finish a fight!

    Phil Baroni- "Stop."

    Hughes - Retire

Kongo: - Stop what your doing and get some serious BJJ training and wrestling training for about 2 yrs, because what your doing right now isn't working for you.

Roy Nelson is probably the greatest MW we will never see fight at 185 due to trucker belly.
