Did something a week ago that I have not done in a very long time... I misjudged a left hook and sprained my wrist.
I had a buisness trip last week that I had to go on and basically just worked out in the gym at the hotel... so there was no bag work...
The wrist has been giving me a fit... almost feels like tendenitis...
Last night in the boxing gym... yup did the same thing... it still has not healed...
Anyone got any suggestions on how to tape this sucker up to allow me to continue to train... or do I just use my right hand for the time being...
