What a KO by Casamayor to Kasidis

Hey guys that is what i talking about " Experience and Boxing ". Casamayor won by KO to Katsidis . No doubt that these fight was great...... i thought these fight Casamayor will win by UD , but he surprised with a great KO.......

I thought the stoppage was fair to be honest. He looked wobbly getting up.

What a fight that was!!! I mean kats got dropped 2 times in the first round then came on to win the middle ones and even drop casa then in the 10th goes out all crazy and gets sparked! I've only seen kats fight once before and even though he lost today he's become one of my favs, not just from the way he fights but in the after fight interview he came of as a real good bloke. If he can improve on his defense somewhat he could become a real good fighter, I mean going into the 10th round I was pretty sure kats was going to take it but he lost respect for casa and boom down he went on his ass. We're just being spoiled with awesome matches so far this year, andrado stieglitz match was good too. I hope kats comes back from this even more motivated and focused, baby bull diaz and kats is something I would like to see, they both like to pressure, and diaz throws more but kats probably got more steam on em.

Great fight...had a little bit of everything, Kd's by both , some shady tactics, great intro's etc.... Kasidis looked real confused by the southpaw stance, especially from such a slick boxer but actually looked really good at times once he adjusted. It almost seemed like he had never seen sparred or even heard of a southpaw prior to this fight which seemed weird..but both guys gain respect from me after this one.... Stoppage was fine imo hell you didn't see anyone argue it at the time and that tells a lot. Also nice to see a guy loose and not have any excuses and place the blame on the guy, the ring, not the ref (no matter how questionable) the judges, the national anthem, whatever.

yup. return of the check hook. Looked like Hatton and Mayweather all over again (the last round only of course). Great fight. I'm glad Casamayor didn't let it go to a decision.

Thats what I liked about kats showed a fighting spirit in the ring and in defeat didn't seem to offer any excuses, even said the ref did his job and he would have to look at a tape to see if it was questionable...but dam he could have won that fight if he didnt go out all crazy like that but I guess whatever he said there at the end "stupidity is wasted on the young" rings true. Casa denying tho that kats hurt him at all was kind of ignorant cause even if that kd was a slip you could see it on his face that body shot prior to it hurt him...but nice fight want to see it again!

nice work by kats to show casamayor's flaws but an even nicer tko by casamayor. kats looked like he was out when he got up and was just fighting on instinct. i thought it was an early call by the ref on the first look but on the second it was clear that kats was out. on the other hand, why does casa have to be arrogant when he was asked if kats hurt him? he was hurt a lot of times and he was hugging for dear life. some of these boxers need to know how to be humble. kats was so humble in defeat that you really cant hate on the guy. after casa said what he said, i kinda wished that table was not there to stop him from falling all the way to the floor.

props to casa, like a true veteran of the game he took advantage of the younger fighters inexperience.

nothing to be ashame of for kat, he did well. Kat should be back, he can be the greek gladiator king of lightweight some day.

He looked finished in his last fight but here knocked out the younger bigger stronger kid . Hope he can cash in now . He deserves it

I haven't seen the fight, i am in Singapore checking in on the result.
Wow, tko in the 10th. Well i got the round right with my selection but picked the wrong fighter to win. VD was on the money here and stood by his guy in Casamayor, still Katsidis is young and should learn from this, he was ahead on two cards up until the stoppage so he must have done some damage.
I wonder if Khan will step up like the little K man and take on a true Champ?
Even better take on the K man himself!
